Tom Fee

Tom is a founder and the Managing Partner of Verity Partners with thirty years of success in leading strategy, technology, performance improvement and implementation initiatives in the Healthcare and Service industries. He has worked for over 60 clients in hospitals, health plans, medical suppliers, distributors and government organizations.

Ed Rader

Ed Rader is a Senior Partner and founder of the firm specializing in Supply Chain Strategy, and currently serves as the firm's Secretary/Treasurer. His areas of expertise include vendor management and alliances, strategic sourcing and procurement, demand planning, collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment (CPFR), logistics strategy, distribution operations improvement, new facility design and implementation, WMS selection and implementation, inventory management, manufacturing strategy, fulfillment and transportation strategy across the Consumer Products and Retail industries.

Larry Wallace

Larry Wallace has over 25 years of leadership experience in global IT strategy, shared services, finance, accounting, departmental and divisional management and international program/project management with publicly traded international companies as well as national and regional companies.

including Interface, Inc,  PricewaterhouseCoopers,  Prism Management Services and Sanbury Corporation.  His scope of experience includes leadership roles as Vice President Global IT Strategy, Assistant Vice President of Global Financial and ERP Services, Senior Project Manager with major consulting firm, Finance Director and Corporate Controller. 

Johanna Thomas

Johanna’s focus is the people side of change, where she applies the science behind human behavior, performance, teams and organizational change. She specializes in behaviorally based organizational design, development, strategic deployment, alignment, operations improvement and business plan development. She has over 30 years management consulting experience spanning a variety of clients, including health plans, commercial insurance, academic medical centers, integrated delivery systems, community hospitals, life sciences manufacturing and distribution companies.
